【摘要】:Thisstandardappliesforcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesforfire-fightingusesuppliedseparatelywithoutdriverandcouplings.Fire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimeraredefinedasterminatedbytheirinletandoutletconnectionsaswellasbytheirshaftends.Thisstandardappliesforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesforuseunderambienttemperaturesbetween-15°Cand40°C.NOTEForspecialconditions,-30°C;see6.12.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimerofwhichtheonlypowersourceisdirectlyappliedmanualeffort.Thisstandardspecifiestheclassificationandgeneralrequirementsforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdeviceswithanominaldeliveryrateofupto6000l/min.Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardslistedinclause4,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceoffire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevices,usedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturerorthemanufacturer'sauthorizedrepresentative.Inaddition,fire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesshallconformasappropriatetoEN292forhazardsnotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththedetailedverificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasures.ThesearecoveredinEN1028-2"Verificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirements".Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignormanufactureofdriversorofauxiliaryequipment.Itdoesnotcoverrisksdirectlyarisingfrommeansprovidedfortheportability,transportability,andmobilityofpumpunitsduringorbetweenperiodsofoperation,orrequirementsfortransmissionshaftslinkingselfpropelledmachinerytoapump.Inaddition,thisstandarddoesnotcover:?operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);?hazardsoccuringduetodecommissioning;?hazardsoccuringduringhandling;?hazardsoccuringwheninuse(e.g.onpublicroads).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimerthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
