【摘要】:1IntentTheobjectofthistestprocedureistomeasurethejittertransfercharacteristicofanindividualdigitalequipmentastheratiooftheoutputjittertotheappliedinputjitterasafunctionoffrequency.2SpecificationJittertransferrequirementsarespecifiedintermsofjittertemplates,whichcoveraspecifiedgain/frequencyregion.Suchrequirementsareintendedtoensurethatclockrecoverycircuitsanddesynchronizerphasesmoothingcircuitsadequatelyattenuatejitter.Iftherelationshipbetweenthejitterappearingattheinputandoutputportsofadigitalequipmentcanbedescribedintermsofalinearprocess(bothadditiveandhomogeneous),thenanarrowbandmeasurementwillcharacterizeitsjittertransferperformanceandtheterm"jittertransferfunction"isused.
